Refund policy

At ARIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@ariofitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address where you can send the item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
